Participation Agreement

Nature of service

The Reconnection is a coaching/educational relationship experience. It is not psychotherapy, couples therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, crisis intervention, or another licensed clinical service.

No guaranteed outcome

No particular relationship outcome is promised, including reconciliation, improved intimacy, cessation of conflict, or continuation of the relationship.

Participation

Both partners participate voluntarily and are responsible for their own decisions, boundaries, behavior, and wellbeing.

Safety & scope

More Than Love may pause or decline coaching where active violence, immediate danger, acute psychiatric crisis, or needs outside coaching scope make the service inappropriate.

Payment

The $500 fee reserves the Reconnection experience subject to stated scheduling/rescheduling terms.

Questionnaires

Each partner agrees to submit their independent reflection at least three days before the scheduled session; late forms may require rescheduling.

Confidentiality & privacy

Information is handled according to the business privacy policy and the limitations stated in this agreement. Coaching is not privileged therapy unless applicable law says otherwise.

Technology

Client assumes ordinary risks associated with Zoom, email, portals, and online forms.

Recording

No recording by either party unless all participants explicitly agree in writing.

Emergency

For immediate danger or crisis, clients should contact emergency services or appropriate licensed/crisis resources rather than relying on More Than Love.
